MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR:

Call me Max!

A 2nd generation Hmong queer who specializes in signature beverages and loves great coffee. Great coffee, meaning great people.

I've learned the most about coffee, from techniques to skills that can't be studied on paper, like a personal sense of taste and smell, from engaging and connecting to coffee folks in the community.

I center giving the space for hobbyists and coffee people to learn and grow as I have, and wish I had, experienced.

I hope to use my public coffee class teaching experience to broaden the landscape of this diversifying and growing industry.

Learning about others helps us learn about ourselves. I would love to learn about you!
