Delagua Natural Process Red Bourbon 10oz Whole Bean Can
This Red Bourbon lot comes from a group called Delagua on the coast of El Salvador. Their mission is to produce high level coffees while conserving water in the process. After selecting each coffee cherry by hand, it is taken to the drying area, where it is floated in a 200 liter water tank. It undergoes fermentation for 6 to 7 days and is left to dry for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of 18-21 degrees celsius. In this harvest, the coffees achieved a homogeneous profile with a score ranging from 86-88 points.
Flavor Notes: Red Fruits, panela, milk chocolate, raisin, black tea with a round body and long finish.
Currently used at our Vista Coffee Shop on espresso.
