





Delagua Honey Process Castillo 10oz Whole Bean Can
This Castillo lot comes from a group called Delagua Coffee Paradise in Huila,Colombia. Their mission is to produce high level coffees while conserving water in the process. The coffee goes through a 25 hour whole cherry fermentation in low oxygen enviorments, then 393 hour drying period on the patio until the coffee reaches 10.3% moisture.
Flavor Notes: Orange, Nectarine and Milk Chocolate. This coffee has a medium body with a juicy texture.
Currently used at our Vista Coffee Shop on espresso.
