Caturra-Chiroso Washed Tolima, Colombia 10oz Retail Can
This Caturra-Chiroso is a wonderfully delicious complex coffee. It comes from the producer Edward Montiel and his farm Kaffeto out of the Cajamarca region in Tolima, Colombia. Edward is a young coffee producer who ditched the city life in Bogota to head back to his family farm. That’s where he unlocked his true legacy: diving deep into rare varietals and producing next-level specialty coffee. His beans are already making noise in Spain and Canada, and thanks to our friends at Ventola Coffee we are able to offer them at our shop in the US.
Flavor Notes: White Peach, Honey and Orange Blossom. The mouthfeel is creamy and silky with a very sweet finish.
Currently available in single serve brew at our coffee shop in Vista.
Origin: Tolima, Colombia
Varietal: Caturra-Chiroso
Process: Washed with anaerobic fermentation
Elevation: 1850masl
