As we continue our search for amazing coffee some of our close friends sent us this amazing washed coffee. A delicious blend of Bourbon, Sarchimor and Caturra from the high altitudes of Chiapas, Mexico. This lot was put together by Seis Generaciones, a family owned and operated farm which has been producing coffee for generations. This is their house blend which has been carefully prepared to be a delicious daily drinker coffee. They were able to achieve this and produce an amazing profile with notes of piloncillo (Mexican Cane Sugar), almond and subtle citrus.
